The rules
of the ring.
CoinPVP turns pump.fun creator fees into war chests. Coins fight the reigning King one at a time, the odds follow the money, and the loser's war chest buys back and burns the winner.
Launch your coin.
Deploy on pump.fun from this site. Your coin’s arena vault is set as its creator, and you pick its fighter.
Fees fill its chest.
Every trade pays creator fees into the vault. At 0.05 SOL the coin joins the queue on its own.
It fights the King.
Sixty seconds, live. Each side’s war chest is its odds, and the roll is locked on-chain before the fight starts.
The loser burns.
The losing chest market-buys the winner’s coin and burns every token it gets. The winner takes the crown.
One round, 60 seconds.
- 0:00BellThe King meets the first coin in the queue. If the hill is empty, the first queued coin is crowned without a fight.
- ~0:52SweepBoth sides’ unclaimed pump.fun creator fees are swept into their vaults, so every last trade counts.
- 0:55LockThe odds freeze. An on-chain memo records both war chests and a hash that commits to a secret seed.
- 1:00DecisionThe seed is mixed with a Solana block produced after the lock. The memo reveals the seed; the loser’s vault moves to escrow.
- ~1:01BurnThe escrow market-buys the winner on pump.fun or PumpSwap and burns every token it bought, in one transaction.
The money is the odds.
King's chance = King fees ÷ (King fees + Challenger fees)
Each side's war chest is its odds. Fees earned during the round keep counting until the lock at 0:55, so heavy trading mid-fight swings it.
Example
If the challenger pulls the 25% upset, the King's 0.30 SOL buys the challenger and burns it. If the King holds, the challenger's 0.10 SOL buys and burns the King.
No one picks the winner.
Commit
At 0:55 an on-chain memo publishes the frozen odds and sha256(seed). The seed is fixed but still secret.
Wait for a block
The roll uses the first Solana block at least 10 slots (about 4 s) after the lock, which nobody knows in advance.
Reveal
At the decision the memo reveals the seed. roll = sha256(seed + block hash), and the King wins if roll is under its odds.
The operator can't steer it, because the seed is locked before the block exists. The block producer can't, because it never sees the seed. Every settled fight has a verify link that recomputes the roll from public chain data, and its replay plays out exactly the same for everyone.
Launching a coin
- Cost
- About 0.03 SOL in pump.fun rent and network fees, plus a 0.0009 SOL vault activation.
- Creator
- Your coin’s pump.fun creator is set to its own arena vault, so every creator fee lands in its war chest.
- Fighter
- Pick any of the 15 skins and 8 styles. Skip it and the coin gets a fighter drawn from its address, for good.
- Head start
- Optionally seed the war chest with SOL at launch. Reach 0.05 SOL and the coin joins the queue right away.
- Queue
- Coins with 0.05 SOL or more in their vault line up in order. The first in line fights the King next.
Who holds the SOL
Vaults and the buyback escrow are wallets held by the CoinPVP keeper, the program that runs the rounds. It only moves SOL the way the rules say: fees into vaults, the loser's vault to escrow at the decision, and escrow into buy and burn.
Every one of those movements, and every fight's commitment and reveal, is a public Solana transaction anyone can audit. Still, this is a custodial setup: you are trusting the operator with the vault keys. CoinPVP is not affiliated with pump.fun.
